Week 3

I have been travelling this week so keep an eye out for the awesome food from Andalusia.

While travelling has been fun it does make sticking to your diet quite difficult but a few tricks help.

1- Always keep a bottle of water with you because mostly when you feel hungry it could be because of dehydration rather than hunger.

2- Try to avoid touristy places because the portions are huge and poorly cooked mostly deep fried.

3- Avoid desserts and alcohol, that saves a lot of calories.

I am back in gym this week and will be doing some more experiments for next week, stay tuned…
